I take mindful moments throughout my day to connect with my breath. I feel the power of presence shift my mind and body as I breathe in ease and breathe out stress.By breathing mindfully, I let go of the external world and offer care to my internal self.

Mindful breathing can allow you to let go of the stresses of your external world and offer much needed care to your internal self. Mind, body, and breath are intrinsically and intimately connected. They can influence and impact each other in very tangible ways. If you can learn to breathe consciously and with awareness, you’ll be able to help restore balance in the mind and body. The breath has so much power. Focusing on your own breathing can positively impact your life in many ways. Developing mindfulness will serve your overall well-being.
