Exploring Within Events
Exploring Within is an intentional silent disco. It is a guided music, movement, connection, art, and dance experience held in nature, designed to inspire joy, healing, well-being, release, freedom, acceptance, creativity, self-love, belonging, and authentic expression. Our intention is to help foster genuine connections to self, others, and nature through our immersive events. Come join us on the most beautiful outdoor dance floors in paradise, as we foster deep connections & dance freely in nature with noise-canceling wireless headsets to restore our minds, bodies, and hearts with movement & music as our medicine.
Experience the magic of Hawaii with friends and family in a unique way. Our events are a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level.
